This property has a great location, just a short walk from Scarborough Beach and local shops, making it super convenient for beach lovers. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who provide excellent service. The retro charm and original decor add a unique touch. The affordable pricing is also a highlight for many visitors. Some find the noise from the live music venue a bit much, especially on weekends.

The room was congested and the staff who was there at the time of our check-in wasn't friendly either. We were not able to locate the switch of the light in the bathroom and he was much reluctant to send someone to help us locate it. The balcony had a gap wide enough to let a child fall for stories below. Since I was with my toddler, it wasn't a very safe place for us to sit in. The breakfast did exist for the namesake but wasn't very great. I am not satisfied with my stay here and won't recommend others to stay either.
