Great short stay

My wife and I stayed only for a couple of nights in the standard Queen room. More than enough space to unpack and pack all our hiking gear and such. The location is great. Right opposite the southern cross station and right around the corner from great food places and hangouts. It has a great in house bar and dining as well. You are in the free zone as soon as you walk out.
Could not get the television working. But no big deal. We were not vacationing in Australia for the television.

Wonderful location in the centre of city, all places to see within free tram zone. Nice decor and nice bar. Friendly staff. Room equipped with all the modern amenities. For Indian travellers there is an Indian grocery store nearby as well as three Indian restaurants within walking distance.

Great location at great price with nice facilities. We could not have expected better than this The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins Melbourne. It is right in the middle of the city in front of the main train station, surrounded by all basic facilities such as medicine store and grocery etc
