Terrible Stay

Firstly, no communication regarding cancellation of the rooms at the last minute. Then rooms are without any toiletries ( even handwash. Smallest bathrooms that you can imagine no separate areas for shower or anything. Not a single closet or table to keep stuff. No fresh water bottles. Let me not start to describe the staff behaviour. Net net total disaster, i mean the whole experience is a disaster

Beach is at 10 mins drive while the famous theme park Big Banana is another 6 mins drive from hotel. The hotel has a coin operated guest laundry. There is complementary breakfast as well.
