The quality of room is great, and the people are very welcoming. The room's balcony opened to university buildings with great view of sunrise.

The property was average, didnt have delight factor

We were told that we have been upgraded but within 5 minutes we realized that the air conditioning was not at all working. so imagine, 41 degrees and you are stuck in a huge room with no windows and a dusty wall to wall carpet. I cannot believe that they were not aware of that. When I complained, I was told that they are putting up a air blower. When I complained about the heat in the room, I was told that I can check out and they would refund the money. So on the eve of India Pakistan match at Adelaide, where would I get a room that too within reasonable budget and with the local newspapers reporting that the nearest hotel was almost 1 hr drive away. I am not at all happy with my stay. That night, we were awake in the room till 4:30 due to the unbearable heat.
