CULTO AL NO SERVICIO
Most terrible customer service
I had to pay my cancellation fee as I could not stay there after all. Fine with that. It was the rule and I was happy to pay what was due but alas! I was charged in ££ the same amount the hotel had quoted in u$s, which is not the same value, of course.
I spoke on the telephone to Gabriela who promised to pass my complaint to Accounts Department... that was over a month ago.
I emailed them numberless times since then, claiming my due... but I have not received a single email acknowledging my messages. Is this the way they expect to attract foreign tourists! Shame on them!

Staff was great. Rooms were a little old but OK.
If you like quiet rooms, choose a high level or a rear room because there's a bar next door that stays open 24 hours.
Tip: Do not pay for breakfast - terrible. :/

Get what you paid for
Decent hotel in terms of location. we were close to the metro and some of the sights were walking distance which helped.
we were originally given a room on the 9th floor but as i could not open the door we got moved to another floor.
for two people the room was quite small, but it was fine as we were out for majority of the day. the room was always clean and they provided the basic soap, shampoo etc if needed.
our window looked out onto some sort of plant/mechinacal unit so we couldn't actually keep the curtains or blinds open which was a shame. I am assuming due to the location of our room there was a lot of noise. although you could get to sleep the noises did not help.
we found that there was only one socket in the room as the others were used by the lamps in the room, as there was two of us we just ended up taking out the lamps to use the sockets.
We paid a bit extra with our booking so we could have breakfast included. Having a hot drink was great but the continental breakfast was less diseraible. we were given two pieces of toast and 4 types of pastry. not sure when the toast was toasted but it was cold so unable to spread anything on it. sadly after the first day we decided to give breakfast a miss.
overall the hotel was ok, we got what we paid for which was fine. I think the rooms could do with updating but if you are only going there to sleep it's fine. the staff were really sweet unfortunately only a few could speak English.
Nothing overall negative about the stay.

Good value for money
Very good value for money. Rooms are clean, although not that spacious. Excellent location, near to train, bus and subway stations. Also close to Florida street for great shopping. Breakfast is acceptable.

Clean and safe
It is in the city center of Buenos Aires in walking distance to any important place.
Wifi it had only in the lobby, Argentine breakfast with hot and cold shower. The stuff was very gentle and supportive. The doors had propper locks.
Walking distance to the RETIRO (Central bus station). I paid about 50 U$ per night with breakfast. (I'll go there again)
