The room service was very bad. And they sell overpriced mineral water and are reluctant to provide RO water.

Hotel's reception and other staff members was not at all responsive, even for little things like cutlery and water, I had to call 3 to 4 times before I got them in my room. The food prices are priced like a 5 star hotel but the services they offer hardly deserve 2 stars.

Before booking via MMT, I called the hotel for early checkin, they said yes. But in the morning they denied, they kept me waiting for an hour and gave me another room which was small in size.

Terrible Stay
I won’t recommend this hotel the service is terrible, they don’t serve regular water it take them an hour to serve u the regular water also their packaged drinking water they charge - when asked for bill they give normal handwritten bill ..

I booked The Anand Vilas by Cherish hen hid behind a non-refundable policy and said they would “request” the hotel. This is unacceptable: I paid for accommodation that the hotel refused to provide due to a policy that was not disclosed at the time of booking. It caused embarrassment, last-minute stress and wasted time arranging an alternative in the middle of the night. Travelers beware: confirm basic eligibility even if the voucher looks clear. MMT/Hotel: Please fix your listings, disclose restrictions upfront, and refund customers when services aren’t provided.

Very excellent services provided by the hotel but there were few bedbugs (khatmal) present. Complimentary breakfast very good

Worst Ever Experience/No Breakfast Served
I didn't get breakfast, when I visited the restaurant surprised to see nothing is there even at 8.30 in the morning, discuss with hotel team and they asked me to order it but due to long travel time I had to leave it for my office. Asked for Moisturizer didn't Get it. Reception staff was very rude.

We stayed there for two nights . But couldn’t sleep . Guest in next room we’re playing music loudly and heavily drunk till mid night. Wen I asked the manager to stop it he was like “mam guest hai kuch bol nahi sakte “ and was asking us to shift midnight breakfast was also ok
