Location is fine

very good location well decorated good hospitality good view accessible rooftop. views from the roof top, including sunset, were mesmerizing. our care provider Mr. Firdous is a nice guy, charming and always lends a helping hand with a smile. there is no crunchy sound of wooden blocks in the bed room. hardy enough. food quality requires improvement, and food price is also high in my opinion. the condition and maintenance of the house boat is good. heating available. bedding is comfortable.

Not good experience, bed are dirty and blanket also dirty

The caretaker houseboy mr ashraf is a gentleman and has taken good care of cleanliness and comfortable stay on swan houseboat. The food and beverages were provided on time. We got good accommodation and clean rooms. Bathrooms were maintained properly.

Good stay and very high genic, comfortable, good service and helpful staff.

Room was not expected as booked. Hire charge. Not budget friendly hotel. Misguided staff. Doesn't suggest anyone to book rooms here. Total wastage of money

House boat stay was terrible, owner or the manager may be his name was subhan was very rude he was forcing us to book entire kashmir package from him before few days of traveling and we said no so he made our stay very terrible, he charged us double for the room heater and was miss-behaving with me over call and while we arrived we have stayed at same house 2 years back and it was really good so we booked again but this time it was waste of money time

There was no water most of the time.

Overall experience was good, hotel staff was very well mannered Shabban G and Sajjad Bhai specially these 2 people make our trip memorable. However Houseboats amenities are not good. No in room dining available, heating charges are extra which should not be the case. Per person dinner and breakfast charges are very high. No menu available. Rest it is paradise on earth.

The room was really good but as we have taken the room with breakfast. The food service was not good. Rest the hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Food excellent, hospitality great and rooms really rich interior.

You have to spent extra bucks in the name of heating/cooling charges.
They cheated by charging more per night, extra for heating charges. Heater and aAC supposed to be complimentary in any hotel. But they charged us extra for 2 nights in the name of heating charges. I was accompanying with my two small kids and temp was minus 6 degree. In such situation you have to pay any amount they ask.

It was nice stay since the hotel was in the lack and really enjoyed.

Hotel was clean and staff was a little lazy. Basic neccessary things like water was not available. Had to buy it. But value for money...

Hotel fellows cheated us by charging us for shikara, where as shikara was free service

Quality of food was not ok.No professional representative of hotel available at houseboat, only the workers operate.

Loss of money.Demanding for tips,by hotel staff.
