such a lovely stay... the manager is very polite and co ordinal... and the hotel staffs are also very professional and top notch at their work... thank you Collection o srs ...

I can't describe in words how good service this residency gives.... I mean their hospitality is unimaginable,their whole team tries their best to solve even minute inconvenience faced by visitors!! 💯

Place is good but staff behaviour is very rude,and they can’t provide us water, whole night we r suffering for water...

room was very small and not spacious even no space for ur luggage also. bathroom is not good .room was in 2nd floor and there is no lift.There is no toiletries no hanger in bathroom.very bad experience in this.The whole trip this is the only hotel I have very bad experience.

Place was nice and accomasatiom was good. Would have made our stay very memorable but finding the hotel was very difficulty in the midnight as their was no name displayed the name outside hotel and property owner number was shared as booking was give through oyo rather than by make my trip. For finding the hotel I need to chase the customer care which took nealry 3 hours of time in midnight in heavy rain and cold environment. Would urge owner to display the name of hotel with so that it will be easy for traveller for find the hotel. Also recommend makemy trip team to kinldy share the owner number to that customers do not suffer in finding the hotel.
