Bedsheet and pillow covers are very very very old and dirty . It has many stains and turned white to yellow. Entire room is very dirty

The rooms are not ventilated. There was no window in rooms. Bathrooms are too small and have strong smell. As its a cold place hill station rooms didn’t have any hot water kettle . Didn’t got any hot water to drink aftet asking for my kids. Bathrooms dont have 24 hr hot water facilities for bath.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Located at the City Centre of Shillong. Breakfast service and food quality was extremely good, especially veg meals. Nandan Jha (Room Service Senior Staff), was extremely friendly and helped us a lot.

the worst hotel in Shillong. In the morning I went and tell the hotel staffs to wake up and give some tea. The time was 7:30. We booked the room with breakfast. Till 9 am we didn't get the breakfast and even we didn't get the tea also. Also the rooms and bathrooms are very small and dirty. Never saw any roomservice. Please don't book this hotel if you go to vacation in Shillong

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you. To improve breakfast service- implementations, guests are requested to pre-select their breakfast menu and preferred time the evening before. This helps us serve all guests more efficiently and avoid delays. There must have been a communication gap from our end, as your order was placed at 8.35am. Regarding the room size, we understand it may have felt smaller than expected. However, due to the central location in Police Bazar, most hotels in the area have similar room dimensions due to space constraints. That said, we are always working to enhance comfort and cleanliness within the available space. Hoping you will consider giving us another opportunity.
