Dear Soumita, Please accept our sincere apologies. After getting your review, management has immediately checked on the geyser. We have cross checked with our Housekeeping team present at that day, which says buckets of hot water was provided to rooms who faced the hot water issue. As there was a technical glitch- which was immediately attended the very next day. As this is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

It's a tearable stay. Nothing provided by the hotel. AC is not working and the room is in very bad condition. The breakfast was tearable. This type of hotel should not be in the list of MMT. Please think on my request. Thanks 🙏

The rooms are not ventilated. There was no window in rooms. Bathrooms are too small and have strong smell. As its a cold place hill station rooms didn’t have any hot water kettle . Didn’t got any hot water to drink aftet asking for my kids. Bathrooms dont have 24 hr hot water facilities for bath.

Very near by Police bazar main junction of the town. Local market are infornt of the gate. restaurant food are good but little bit expensive. Net and clean bt services need to improve .
