Ri Kynjai - Serenity By The Lake (by Centre Point Group)

Very nicely made property with all art affects. Huge rooms. Location was like doing meditation, so peaceful with great nature n lake facing. Food was excellent always made fresh after we give order n it came so fast we don’t have to wait long. All staff weee so co operative. Will surely recommend to stay n will come back again when I get chance.

The view was amazing, and then the food was also pretty good. I really like the vegetable sauté. The room service was on point, everything was clean. The washroom was pretty clean and then the service was on point. No delay in the check-in, a very good and well behaved staff.

The view of the Lake and the entire decor was absolutely stunning...food as well as the Breakfast was excellent. However, the Generator support was not atal adequate and there was power failure on 7 to 8 occasions during our stay for around 14 hrs. The service guys were very apologetic about such inconvenience but I think the Management need to take care of this issue at the earliest for the sake of their reputation. All the Best.

This is the most beautiful resort that anyone can ever get. You wont just get a room u will get the palace.

Plush property... came here with family took the lake view cottage with jacuzzi... kid enjoyed a lot... The view is beyond comparison and majestic... Food is also good quality. Thanks to Sanjeev Mishra for catering to our food needs as we are pure vegetarian... good experience

Excellent stay with awesome spacious rooms. Food was awesome with custom made meals for kids. Good spread with tasty food options at breakfast. Staff is super courteous and prompt service. Must visit place during the rains. Room 1 & 2 superior room category have best views of the lake.

SERENITY by the lake, As their name suggests. --- If doing NOTHING is your definition of vacation than this is the best place to cutoff from the world and even do complete digital detox. This place has a old world charm unlike plush hotels you'd find in other holiday destinations. Rooms feels a bit old yet cosy. Bed mattress is saggy and can give backache for some. Staff is good and great at service. Food taste is good can't say great. Worth trying.once. Might not be the top choice again in my bucket list of vacation destinations.

The best place during the trip. Awesome ambience and well maintained property. Staff is very good had alot of inside places to roam around.
