This is the most beautiful resort that anyone can ever get. You wont just get a room u will get the palace.

The view from the room was superb, property was well maintained , food was decent , the staff were very courteous

Food was good but there was no air conditioning in room which has sold for almost rs12000 .

Plush property... came here with family took the lake view cottage with jacuzzi... kid enjoyed a lot... The view is beyond comparison and majestic... Food is also good quality. Thanks to Sanjeev Mishra for catering to our food needs as we are pure vegetarian... good experience

Excellent stay with awesome spacious rooms. Food was awesome with custom made meals for kids. Good spread with tasty food options at breakfast. Staff is super courteous and prompt service. Must visit place during the rains. Room 1 & 2 superior room category have best views of the lake.

SERENITY by the lake, As their name suggests. --- If doing NOTHING is your definition of vacation than this is the best place to cutoff from the world and even do complete digital detox. This place has a old world charm unlike plush hotels you'd find in other holiday destinations. Rooms feels a bit old yet cosy. Bed mattress is saggy and can give backache for some. Staff is good and great at service. Food taste is good can't say great. Worth trying.once. Might not be the top choice again in my bucket list of vacation destinations.

The best place during the trip. Awesome ambience and well maintained property. Staff is very good had alot of inside places to roam around.

View of lake from cottage is amazing. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Only thing is that the location of the hotel is at 1 hour distance from Shillong city. Overall it was a nice stay.
