Excellently maintained property. One of the highlights was the spectacular reimagining of local and Indian cuisine- in presentation and taste- both outstanding. The property is small- around 12 rooms, but great attention to detail apparent in every area of the hotel. Staff very polite and friendly - always makes a difference. Finally, location. The centre of Shillong City. Cannot get better. All round A+.

It is badly located inside a building on the upper floors. Rooms are very small and for breakfast you have to come down and go to the neighbouring building which located a restaurant. it is very expensive and it is highly recommended to stay at Vivanta or Courtyard for the same price

The hotel is in a great location with well-maintained rooms and courteous staff — no complaints there. However, it’s a bit surprising (and mildly amusing) that access to the rooftop dining area depends more on footwear than on hospitality. Apparently, Crocs don’t make the cut. For the price paid, one might expect basic amenities like a pool or gym, but perhaps that’s asking for too much. All in all, decent stay if you’re okay with style rules and minimal facilities.

The rooms are excellent. They are clean, cozy and very tastefully done up. The location is very convenient and the staff is very co-operative. The only drawback is the sound from the nearby market since it is right in the city centre.

Quality of room is good but other amenities are not up to the mark, ac was not working, no swimming pool, options in breakfast was limited also the quality of food was average

The staff and the management were rude . Food was not tasty as well . I guess couples and tourist specially Young couples should avoid such places

businessThis hotel is a new extension of hotel centre point. Location is in the police bazar on the gs road. Had a very comfortable stay with my wife for one night on 4. 6. 2024. The interior of my spacious room was excellent. We enjoyed this trip. The food quality as well as staff were also excellent.
