Hotel O Golden Peak

1) No Electricity for the whole Day 2) Reception Boy was in a drunk 3)Not clean and can't stay there. 4)Croudy and Neighbours are make noise. 5) During night some people are walking with noise in the corridor 6)Not a water bottle is provided in the hotel

Uncle(the one in the reception) was so nice and was always ready to help us out with things that we need. Overall it was a good stay. Also, the view is greattt

Not clean, no lift, extremely small room, food not available, plates are also not available, bad smell

Experience was good, but ac is not there. Ac is mention during booking so it was very uncomfortable to sleep

I booked this hotel and reached the hotel at 1030hrs. Neither gate was open nor any receptionist was there to attend. I called up on the property number but i didn't got any response. After waiting for more than one hour. I booked another hotel at a very high price because i was with my family at unknown place in midnight. I request make my trip to remove such hotels from there list, so that no one else go through such situations.

Worst hotel i have ever booked rooms are too small and very darty and bed sheets and blankets are smelling

have not expecting this service from oyo. the room wasn't properly cleaned up. the staffs were very unprofessional. totally waste of money. the room was completely opposite than it was showed on pictures. tv facilities were also not provided. can't open the windows.completely suffocated feelings. our booking price was including breakfast.but till 9am it wasn't provided.

Hotel descriptions mentioned lift/elevator, breakfast but nothing of these were available at the hotel. Felt cheated by mmt. Only one staff for the whole hotel. It's in 3rd floor. No caretaker on d front desk located in ground floor, had to carry luggage till 3rd floor. Caretaker was otherwise kind and helpful. No dinning hall or kitchen, so no breakfast facility. Toilet do not have soap or shampoo. Flush doesn't work. Hot water stream from the tap is very very slow. Need to wait for hours to fill a bucket. Else room is sunny. Just by the side of the main road, so bit noisy.

We were unable to stay there. It should not be label-led as hotel. Please stop cheating people. There are other ways to earn money. No reception. Attendant was drunk. No lift. Room was a disaster. I am not all taking about not giving breakfast, as no decent family can stay there. Windows are broken. Room was dirty. Taps are broken. No hot water. Pathetic room. They have charged 13, 930 for that. We want refund. We havent stayed there. We went for the centre point hotel police bazar. Guys, do not put your money here.

Hotel was substandard no space it's definitely not worthy

Hotels have only 5 or 6 room only in the top floor there is no proper reception room no regular staff dirty room and very small room even not good for a person waste of money and there is no breakfast no parking facility you have to carry your luggage self. Dirty wash room not proper clean smell bad

This property contains 6 rooms with great views. Rest are normal rooms. The property manager will give you normal rooms if you book for one night. He will say no rooms are available. But when you will say that you will stay for more days then he will provide the rooms with great views. Some rooms has broken parts. Gist: great view, tea is good.
