Woodland Hill Stay, Shillong

Though we couldn’t spend much time here but it was really a pleasure to stay in this property. Location of this property, food, amenities & services are truly amazing and praiseworthy.

The location and facilities of this property are very good.The food option is very much limited.Complimentary breakfast menu is restricted to no option,need to add more variety as per guest's choice.

Room was very good i highly recommend you all to stay there room services were also very good and food was good too

There are 5 rooms in total numbered 1-5. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. They provided room no. 1&5 which are on opposite corners. So, we requested for adjacent rooms and got room no. 1&2. 1st night was comfortable and the food was also good. On 2nd day, we got shifted to room no. 4&5 as room no. 2 was a deluxe room ( lower category than what we booked) booked by someone else. Now the real issue arose. Their water pump is just above room no. 4&5 and it makes a horrible sound every time any tap is opened. Upon request mixed with a bit of anger, they switched off the pump at 9:35 pm and then water flow in the restroom was very slow. They have fixed breakfast menu and very limited lunch and dinner menu. Location is also offbeat. Better to call it a homestay rather than a hotel.

Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Clean rooms, good location and good food. Staffs were courteous, they helped arrange Driver as well for sightseeing. Special mention here to the driver - Wan. He is a very polite, well behaved driver and showed us all the places that we wanted to visit. We left our bag in his car and even after dropping us off he again came all the way to deliver the bag. Suggestion: Should keep spare keys, as we had to wait long hours to get back the key that we left in the drivers car.

Nice property, spacious room. Neat & clean bathroom. Beautiful location. Our stay was awesome. Really enjoyed it.

Very polite staff and amazing behaviour. Special mention to Phillips, Nick and another guy don’t know the name tall and brown in complexion (but helped us getting a return taxi as well). In house kitchen is good.

I stayed here on 01 Jun 2025 for 1 day. The staff behaviour & politeness is beyond excellence. Food & service was also wonderful. Hope I will again visit this place very soon.

Hotel is maintained in good condition, cooperative staff, more important is food quality and quantity awesome.

The hospitality and the service are top notch along with the delicious food quality. The amenities are stupendous. The courteousness of the host is just a cherry on the top. Shillong trip will always be a big yes from the next time just for the stay. Thank you.

Property was good. Breakfast quality may be improved. Not very far away from Police Bazaar. Maintenance was good.

Rooms are spacious and neat and clean the only issue is with the parking. Roads are bit narrow till the property and it will be bit difficult to locate the hotel
