Hotel Polo Towers

The location of the Hotel Polo Towers is good. Food was nice. One thing I am disappointed about the Hotel Polo Towers is that I have booked room for 3 people myself, my wife and our 6 year old daughter. but the Hotel Polo Towers provided me a room with a queen size bed which creates problems in sleeping at night. I have opted for King Size Bed at the time of booking but it was not provided at the Hotel Polo Towers premises The location of the Hotel Polo Towers is good. Food was nice. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Polo Towers polo towers. From the room to the food everything was good. Special mention about all the staffs ( ms media at the reception was very helpful and understanding) and the other staffs of ginger restaurants (ms daki, ms bala, mr kamal, there are many more but can't remember their names, not taking away credit from any other, the service of all of them was really appreciable. Thank you for everything. Would recommend this Hotel Polo Towers for a lovely stay. Cheers.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was a mere 1-2 minute walk to the stadium - a total steal, especially since we stayed here during ed sheeran's concert! we also had the pleasure of lunching at truing tring, where the staff and chef were absolutely amazing! they even accommodated our requests by providing dishes not listed on the menu. Highly recommend! just not happy with parking area

We stayed in the Hotel for 6 nights. Service is awesome. Food is excellent with lot of different cuisines. The room service was also excellent. Location is just 5 minutes walking from Police Bazar. We stayed in the Boutique room. Overall one of the best experience we ever had.

The stay was comfortable, though the rooms were quite small. I guess it is a problem even in 5-star Hotel Polo Towerss in shillong. The food is excellent, including breakfast and dinner options at Tring Tring restaurant. Convenient location accessible to market and city center

Excellent service from the property. Ms. Bala, Ms. Meda and Ms. Jaya were excellent in their respective roles. Great food and an excellent Tring Tring bar!

Media & is-ac are very amazing and helpful. This is wonderful experience

The staff at the reception desk need to be more proactive in providing stay information, inclusions etc. More scope for clear, polite communication.

Overall good

Stayed here earlier, so i was aware of the property. However, they have now added a very nice bar & restaurant.

Room size small location police bazaar to 1km distance but clean is good

Hotel is centrally located in the town. Good food and very courteous staff. Having all amenities like bar, restaurant, spa etc

Central location in Shillong, great food & services. Room amenities need a bit of upkeep as seem to be a bit worn out in some cases

The food was good, the location was also good...but the bathroom was very small and congested.

All shilong Hotel Polo Towerss are overpriced. Including this one. At least this is best among them.So go ahead and book it.

It was a lovely experience. Media was very sweet and experienced and made our processes very easy and smooth.
