The location of the hotel is good. Food was nice. One thing I am disappointed about the hotel is that I have booked room for 3 people myself, my wife and our 6 year old daughter. but the hotel provided me a room with a queen size bed which creates problems in sleeping at night. We stayed in the Hotel for 6 nights. Service is awesome. Food is excellent with lot of different cuisines. The room service was also excellent. Location is just 5 minutes walking from Police Bazar. We stayed in the Boutique room. Overall one of the best experience we ever had.

familyLocated in the heart of the city, this place was a mere 1-2 minute walk to the stadium - a total steal, especially since we stayed here during ed sheeran's concert! we also had the pleasure of lunching at truing tring, where the staff and chef were absolutely amazing! they even accommodated our requests by providing dishes not listed on the menu. Highly recommend! just not happy with parking area

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel polo towers. From the room to the food everything was good. Special mention about all the staffs ( ms media at the reception was very helpful and understanding) and the other staffs of ginger restaurants (ms daki, ms bala, mr kamal, there are many more but can't remember their names, not taking away credit from any other, the service of all of them was really appreciable.
