The property is conveniently located. There are a number of nice rooms. The Tring Tring restaurant has an old world charm, having a collection of telephone sets and TV sets from a bygone era. There is also live music on Friday evenings. The staff are helpful and the food quality is good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here! The front office staff were very welcoming and helpful. The ambience was perfect, and we loved the unique name of the restaurant, “Tring Tring.” The food was exceptional, and the service was amazing. The rooms were well maintained, and more than us, our child was truly happy. The only thing that could be improved was the WiFi speed, as it was a bit slow and sometimes disturbing. Comfortable stay

The stay was comfortable, though the rooms were quite small. I guess it is a problem even in 5-star hotels in shillong. The food is excellent, including breakfast and dinner options at Tring Tring restaurant. Convenient location accessible to market and city center
