Amazing experience
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Terrible Stay
,at first when we asked for a paid upgrade it was denied and later when we checked out just 2hrs after check in we were offered upgrade lacks professionalism,anyways we went for vivanta it was much better

We had a wonderful stay here! The front office staff were very welcoming and helpful. The ambience was perfect, and we loved the unique name of the restaurant, “Tring Tring.” The food was exceptional, and the service was amazing. The rooms were well maintained, and more than us, our child was truly happy. The only thing that could be improved was the WiFi speed, as it was a bit slow and sometimes disturbing. The location of the hotel is good. Food was nice. One thing I am disappointed about the hotel is that I have booked room for 3 people myself, my wife and our 6 year old daughter. but the hotel provided me a room with a queen size bed which creates problems in sleeping at night. We stayed in the Hotel for 6 nights. Service is awesome. Food is excellent with lot of different cuisines. The room service was also excellent. Location is just 5 minutes walking from Police Bazar. We stayed in the Boutique room. Overall one of the best experience we ever had.

Comfortable stay
The stay was comfortable, though the rooms were quite small. I guess it is a problem even in 5-star hotels in shillong. The food is excellent, including breakfast and dinner options at Tring Tring restaurant. Convenient location accessible to market and city center

familyLocated in the heart of the city, this place was a mere 1-2 minute walk to the stadium - a total steal, especially since we stayed here during ed sheeran's concert! we also had the pleasure of lunching at truing tring, where the staff and chef were absolutely amazing! they even accommodated our requests by providing dishes not listed on the menu. Highly recommend! just not happy with parking area
