property's location is in nice area. the view from the property is mesmerizing. however, more sign board must be installed in the nearby area to guide tourist. food was awesome. breakfast was mind-blowing. the amenities and the services are top notch. the behaviour of the staffs were also v cordial.

location was too good... property was too clean...too many places to click beautiful pics..kids playing zone was also very clean.. restaurant breakfast was normal..food at bristo restaurant on other side of hotel was very good. . .

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. It's an awesome property with wonderful amenities. The servers complimentary cookies and snacks. Even water bottles were given complimentary. It has a nice children's play area, large swimming pool, garden area etc. The room was really nice. Food was also nice but preferably Chinese dishes were better. Awesome is the word, when you enter simply..Everything is class...Room is spacious....Neat and clean...Service to the room is fast.....Breakfast spread has variety.... seperate chef for veg and non veg counter... good view of shillong from the property. Clean and warm water, well maintained swimming pool....Children play area has options..... Good stay, recommend for stay without any second thought....

Nice property. Good for kids. Have a great playarea. Food could have been better. Overall good. There is a very budget friendly driver’s accommodation in the hotel if you are travelling on your car with driver.

It was an excellent hospitality by the staff. Rooms are well designed from comfortable king size bed to spacious walk in closet and a pictorial 180 degree view of pine forest and hills from the balcony. Buffet breakfast had a well spread with a quick room service for anything guest needs

I stumbled upon this property away from the din and bustle of Shillong town on Google search. L ucky I booked and checked in. Amazing scenery, well maintained gardens and property. Rooms excellent. Food was reasonably good. Service was with a smile. Place to come back.

property is located in the outskirts but excellent property to stay. food is not upto the mark, we have ordered food for dinner and morning breakfast is also average. you can't find anything in the nearby area after 8PM. Restaurant closes at 10 PM and Bar closed at 10 PM as well.

It's a relatively new hotel. Opened 3 years ago. The rooms are large and nice. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's a bit far from the center of the town but you get a nice view of the town at night.
