Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong

We had great stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. Chef Gopal was genuinely concerned about my gluten intolerance and always helped me in guiding which dishes to eat and which to avoid. He made me gluten free meals as per my choice. Besides, Kritika was very polite and served us with a smile. Chef Babloo also prepared gluten-free muffins for me. The property is centrally located next to the Police Bazar which is happening place in Shillong. Overall a wonderful and pleasant stay.

We stayed at Vivanta Shillong for a night with family. The experience was excellent. The location is close to Ward Lake and Police Bazaar. The staff (Mercy, Chesil and team) were excellent and took great care of us and catered to our various requests. Would definitely stay again during our next vacation to Shillong

The stay and experience was good, however a house keeping incident where our luggage lock combination was fiddled with soured the experience, that too from a group like the Taj. However, I still gave a 4* rating since I didn't want to ruin the overall experience...!!!

Food is highly priced. Selling a dish at the price of a buffet in other star restaurant and is not value for money. I didn't like the biriyani at all. Stay was excellent.location was also great just next to shillong centre point

I have always been a fan of the Taj hospitality.......the hospitality was good here as well. it's a new property .small yet comfortable. The staff are also new and learning.....Rampica at the restaurant was lovely.

Super location close to the shopping areas, nice facilities in Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong including SPA and Gymnasium. Staff was courteous, very nice breakfast buffet spread. Nice stay

Hotel is centrally located. Room, food, staff all wee good. Staff were specially attentive to very need.

We had an amazing and comfortable stay. All the staffs were extremely polite, sweet and hospitable. Loved the breakfast, it had a lot of delicious varieties. Overall a 4/5 experience.

Great food, caring staff and comfortable rooms. Great Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong to bring kids to as the staff is warm and caring. veg food is also Great and portion sizes are big.

As usual service. There were a few miss. In-Dining cutleries were not provided. Toothbrush etc. were provided only for 1 person although room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids.
