M Crown Hotel Shillong

We checked in around 5 pm. Around 10 pm there was complete blackout in the room. My kid was already in sleep. They kept on trying for 40 minutes to repair but its not resolved. At middle of night we again need to pack again which was very discomforting and disapppointing. We did not expected so much of hustle after paying so much for one night. Alternative room was not of same quality as it had seepage on walls. It was not a pleasant stay. Its management doesn't have policy to comensate guest. Hotsel staff tried its best but some bigger electricity fault happened.

Pleasent stay, location is good , rooms are spacious, neat & clean , quality of food is good , hospitality of staff ia excellent. i will recomend this M Crown Hotel Shillong . the only problem with this M Crown Hotel Shillong is parking , if you are travelling with personal car do not stay at this M Crown Hotel Shillong, parking is cumbersum .

The M Crown Hotel Shillong is on the 3rd floor of a shopping mall on busy shopping lane in central shillong. I requested for an upgrade to executive room and was immediately given. The room and buffet breakfast was also quite decent and the staff was helpful and courteous.

I had a stay for short period just one night. Hotel was near and clean. All the facilities mentioned in the details of the room was available. Staff was helpful. Breakfast spread was good. Safe for solo female travellers

Good M Crown Hotel Shillong with a wonderful location and excellent view. The restaurant was also good. The complimentary breakfast can be better.

All over the M Crown Hotel Shillong was good but it needs a better food facilities and hospitality services otherwise the rooms n all were good

It's a beautiful property in police bazar. Rooms are big, much bigger than marriott and vivanta, service is wonderful. Breakfast can be improved.

Satisfactory. Had some issues with the electrical connection inside my room, but was sorted out immediately.
