It will feel somewhat luxurious. Breakfast isn't that great in terms of taste, no local cuisine and just standard poha idli poori stuff and not that tasty. Service is OK. Had to ask for dental kit, etc. Parking is poor for personal cars, very risky.

Decent hotel with basic amenities. Biggest advantage is a location as it is in the centre of the main tourist market Police Bazaar. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is very basic though with only few options.

The room was spacious and neat, but the intercom - phone was not working , after letting the staff know they sent a guy to fix but couldn't and that's it, for any request i have to go to reception. even in person they were all like they couldn't care less. The food is good but refills take a lot of time even with very few people i could only imagine if it was crowded no one could eat . in short : ROOMS GOOD SERVICE WORST

Pleasent stay, location is good , rooms are spacious, neat & clean , quality of food is good , hospitality of staff ia excellent. i will recomend this hotel . the only problem with this hotel is parking , if you are travelling with personal car do not stay at this hotel, parking is cumbersum .

The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a shopping mall on busy shopping lane in central shillong. I requested for an upgrade to executive room and was immediately given. The room and buffet breakfast was also quite decent and the staff was helpful and courteous.
