The location of the hotel is good but the bathtub was in the balcony. It does not make any sense as it is very windy outside and there were very few food options for north side people. If you are a 5 star hotel, they should have options for people from all regions.

According to money, the room is not satisfactory, very small room with less amenities, up to 12k room not a wardrobe, windows are very old style. Need to upgrade room style.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Polo Cherapunji Resort! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious with great variety, and the service was truly exceptional. The staff were highly professional, polite, and incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. Every evening, we enjoyed a bonfire with karaoke, which added so much fun to our trip. A special shout-out to Sitalin — she is an amazing singer and such a humble and polite host. She made sure all our requests were taken care of and made the evenings even more memorable. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cherrapunji.

Great Location & Rooms, But Service and Food Disappointing

The property has an amazing location and beautifully maintained rooms — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. However, the service was quite slow and not up to the mark. The restaurant staff seemed undertrained and often got the orders wrong. The food quality was poor, and I even had a stomach upset after eating there, which was really disappointing. It’s a shame because the rooms and location are excellent — with better food quality and staff training, this could be a fantastic stay.

Property was promoted as one of the best ...but barely average. Very poor wifi signal in room ..signal only available in balcony..it ruined our entire experience.

This beautiful property is located opposite to the Seven Sisters waterfalls. There is a separate dining hall, which is quite spacious and offers a variety of food. There is also a swimming pool in the property. The staff are very helpful.

The property was okay , but in the rooms some unwanted activities where there . In the night the Jacuzzi started itself though the switch was unplugged, the Fridge in the Washroom started shaking which was already off . The bathroom door was locked when we slept when we checked it was found open . Room No was -511

Excellent location . We can see seven sisters water fall from our room. Food quality is excellent. Amenities are ok. They can add indoor pickle ball, cricket & badminton court . Service was excellent.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The price of the room was extremely high, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The in-room swimming pool was dirty and clearly not well-maintained, which was very off-putting. Additionally, the food was overpriced, making the overall experience feel like poor value for money. Definitely not worth the cost.

food was excellent room experience could have been better given the price per night tv didn’t work room landline didn’t work couldn’t connect to reception neither restaurant had to go out physically asked for extra drinking water after dinner in room which was brought only in the morning..so overall experience was good could have been better
