Rooms are very small for a deluxe room tag. Service was OK. Interior was OK . Walls are a bit damped. Bathroom was OK.

Very bad experience ever.... my room have card lock & after sight seeing I m facing that my room is not open with & master card too very careless people no battery change don't have mechanic & new batteries after waiting 1:30 hrs my room open i am with my small child we faced to trouble in this hotel only 1 hotel staff available at that time... no receptionist no other... please check your room lock then booked very scary for us...

Location excellent Food was Excellent Amenities Excellent *Room Service was good but we had the worst experience in the time of check out. The room service people have charged money for some food stain found in the bedsheet which was really very unfortunate. They did not provide a single table in the room to eat food so we had to eat food in the bed and due to a small stain they have charged money. This was the worst.

I had a great stay! The property's location was convenient, close to key attractions and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Also enjoyed the food — good variety and taste. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Located at the Police Bazar Centre. Good clean rooms. Polite service. No AC in rooms but mostly you won't need one in Shillong. Breakfast options limited.

Hotel staff is great and cleanliness also good but it's not upto the price and breakfast options were so minimal.

The property's location is good if you are looking for staying in main market area. Room provided to us was having only overhead windows. No ventilation in the room. Only one chair was provided. When we asked for extra chair, they provided us one. The bathroom had broken taps. Warm water was an issue, especially in a cold place like Shillong. Very small bucket provided in bathroom. Request for bigger bucket was declined.

Room is clean and good , location is excellent the only issue is the compliment breakfast which is only either alu paratha or bread butter, omelette, one banana and tea or coffee, and it is serve in room and no buffet.. at this price the buffet could be much better. Rest all is fine
