Location and amenities were fine; however, there was less personal touch with the guests. Also, complimentary breakfast doesn't get ready even by 8:30 or 9, leaving people left for their excursion without having breakfast.

Rooms were average, small with very limited facilities. No toiletries were provided. No discount on foods provided as mentioned on booking.

location is good but amenities are not good. Actually no body wash was in my room , no hand towel, no toiletries after requesting at the reception they provide it. Restaurant ambiance was good but the food was very spicy and they don't know how to serve food. they served bread first and then vegetables after 6 min they served Dal fry. in short they spoil all food because of serving one by one after every 5 to 6 min. No power back in lift we have to take stairs. Frequent power issue in shillong.

Nice location at the heart of the city, rooms are clean, comfortable with nice city view ... food quality and room service is good.... there’s a bakery with the hotel and pastries were excellent... only con is rooms are not very spacious and difficulty in parking .... overall great experience

Location - Very good rooms - Bad meals - Very bad the water was not draining from washrooms. and we hv to take bath with dirty water in our legs. despite complaint and 2 days stay nobody attended. buffet breakfast was terrible. virtually no variety and staff was not ready to serve egg omelette. The staff just kept on saying sir, time lagega. when we said how much . No commitment. when we said ok we will wait even than they just didn't conveyed requirement to kitchen.. we had to create a scene to get proper breakfast. breads and tea was out of supply regularly and refill took ages. Even staff was not courteous to provide tea on table. Staff behaviour very rude.

Hotel is in good location. Bit the local boys’ gang make tremendous noise at night upto 3:30 am with high volume music and vibrations. The hotel authority just doesn’t care about it. Plus, the hotel reception people take your phone to put on 5* review on google by themselves. The rooms are a little congested and bathroom drainage system is bad. Water comes out in the room and it’s a messy situation. Car parking area is like a dump yard, no proper space management and they throw every waste there. Not all hotel staffs are well behaved. Room service was okish. In short, if you ever get the road side room, just never get it.. you wouldn’t be able to sleep at night after all those sightseeing and long trekkings throughout the whole tiring day.

Superb hotel at good location, rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean, all the staffs are humble , I booked it from Make My Trip for my family members one day earlier at very last moment but we are happy to see the property. All the amenities were there, also had geyser. View was amazing, and also had lift which was helpful to my aged parents.

Good location as it is in Police bazaar, which is pretty much the main centre of Shillong. The room was clean and worth the price.

The property’s prime location and delicious food were definite highlights. However, the experience was let down by slow service, unwelcoming reception staff, and missing amenities. Overall, the stay needs significant improvement in service and management.
