The hotel staff were good and the ambience of the room was neat and clean

had a wonderful stay, located at a main centre point of shillong which is convenient for exploring shillong.

good service by staffs, cooperative in all means meals were freshly served with no delays nice room service

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The facilities were up to the mark, and everything else exceeded expectations. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which did not quite match the quality of the rest of the services. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing local in middle of the city and market kind of prime location. Hotel staff are bit rude. In room dining has a specific timing post 9:30 pm you can’t order anything. Water booths would be chargeable

• Location is good • Food served is bad eg billed for butter roti but served plain roti, no cornflakes & milk on breakfast in 2nd day menu. • Facilities displayed at time of booking are not made available after check in such as toiletries, slippers, bed sheet not changed daily, room & toilet not cleaned.

Very pleasant stay, big room and all the amenities mentioned are there. We were a couple doing work from anywhere and this place really had all the facilities for working comfortably. Good internet speed, good furniture for working. Add to that the big 65" TV and the courteous staff.

Property was good as well as the location. The staff at the reception was too bad. Checkout at 12pm means 12 pm. They don’t take any request of extensions even for 30 min. This kind of behaviour is not expected from a good hotel.

Average hotel and they don’t provide soap bar but liquid, the water of Shillong being hard and post rinsing it’s difficult to get the soap lathers , MMT also could not help in this as the Hotel don’t bother MMT. Horrible breakfast and fooling people

Hotel is Good, staff is friendly and food is also good, but the only thing that i found not up to mark was the service. We have to wait for quite a while to get our daily consumables like dairy creamer, sugar, etc. Maybe they don't serve their deluxe room customers efficiently or what i could not understand. I had an okay experience here, would not come back in this hotel.

The overall experience was too good. The location is on the centre point of police bazar and staff are so cooperative. Loved our stay at the hotel.
