    The hotel actually transferred us to another property where the room condition is very poor, dirty with no hotel service. They didn't bother to offer us a bottle of water. Also it seemed they chose to prefer the customers coming directly. Also as per booking the high tea is missing from the menu. It's shillong and yet the geyser is not working

    The hotel was very cramped. Terrible room. Hardly space for 1 single bed. They had put double bed, leaving no room to even stand terrible breakfast everything was cold
