Very poor experience about this property It is not worthy

Location,rooms,pool facilities excellent.food is substandard.Poor quality fish was served

Absolutely awesome! the staff behaviour very polite and respectful. Room' s are very clean and clear also food was delicious. Air conditioning was not there but as per the atmosphere of shillong no need to ac.

Very good stay nice behaviour of staff and cleaners very informative about where to visit which helps alot.

Service was very bad. Rooms were very dirty. Staff behaviour was also not good. You cannot order food from outside. You have to eat from their restaurant which is very expensive & food quality is horrible.

I stayed a single day in there executive room. Great clean place, helpful staff, mr. Amit who was the manager was very helpful. Without asking he helped me by replacing tv in my room which had some issue, he personally made me and my wife feel like we am staying at home.

There was issue with basic room room anemities like toiletries and all. They are provided by staff after multiple requests. Even after booking executive suit such response from the hotel staff was not good.

Avoid ordering from the hotel room. It costs us 1800 for breakfast.

Room cleaness is required. There must be proper maintenance of room.

Rooms are not well condition and in bathroom exhaust fan not fitting
