Terrible value for money—congested room and no action on drunken noisy guests made the stay miserable.

It was good. Its clean n very good stuff were there.. food was also good

As per showing in MMT app about Alpine Continental Hotel ,Bellow aren't getting yet. Very bad experience online booking. 1)Didn't get wifi 2)No TV channels 3)Huge service issue 4)When i was checked in (first room) they are providing with broken bathroom ceiling , leakage of water in bathroom and no current for 3hrs. 5)2/3 more time remindered for room service. 6)As per showing room's pictures in MMT app ,i Didn't get that room.

Location is too poor and rooms were not hygiene and not so luxuary

First off, the location is a walking distance from Police Bazaar. The service staff and room service were very good. We booked a suite room, the room size was good and had enough room for 4 . The hotel advertised AC rooms but our room had no AC, however it was comfy as the weather was good. There were some major repairs on-going at the hotel but we were not informed about it . Part of the bamboo scaffolding was in our bathroom and construction noise during the day. The furniture and the mirrors need an upgrade. The food was good. The amenities need to be upgraded for the tariff they charge.

The hotel is located at a very central location just close to police bazar . Rooms are not upto the mark except bathroom. Though small in size but well maintained bathroom. Network is pathetic there. WiFi present but connectivity is so poor. Staffs are very good well behaved and helpful. Restaurant is too good . Staffs there are very careful . Meal options should be improved. Pest control is not there . You will find cockroaches everywhere in the room. Tv connections are poor . So to summarise the hotel is having good location and well trained staffs. The reception staffs lack communication in between them

Location superb near main market, food and services are good. No Amenities. Being in the main market anytime food and shopping is possible.

I had a lovely stay at Alpine Continental- it is perfectly located at the center of Shillong in Police Bazar area, offering easy access to hotel, transportation, markets, restaurants and few attractions within walking distance. They offer underground parking for guests, unlike other hotels in the area within same budget. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit it needs a bit of interior renovation (it looks just like it did 15 years back, with a bit of wear and tear). However, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes because they don't have no-smoking rooms. The rooms with window don't really have a view worth it, the area is quite congested with buildings but the morning sunlight, rain and breeze make the rooms with windows worth the extra price. It was equipped with two power outlets, decent amount of lighting and ventilation, tea/coffee kit, two bottles of water and 3 tables. The washroom was maintained well, but hot water only lasts for few minutes as every room has its individual geyser and toilet paper is not renewed for every guest. Shower gel, 2 towels and dental kit is provided too. I opted for complimentary breakfast, but I would recommend avoiding it. The food was simply terrible with limited choices and same menu keeps repeating every day with just a single change and they don't replenish items as often. You'll get better food at a quarter of the price outside. I didn't try their rooftop restaurant, but the menu was promising and decently priced. The staff were quite friendly and made sure to set an example of good hospitality. Overall, you'll get a good stay if you are traveling with a budget.

Facilities are good...food are also good by taste and quality...location is in bazar area so it's surrounding are little bit dirty

Rooms are in bad shape, the bathroom are in very bad condition, the bathroom and room is not in level, we will have to climb one step from the room to enter the bathroom which is quite a height not advisable for elderly people. Room service, food quality is good, staff is courteous well behaved

Hotel dosent look the way as shown in the pic. Also the rooms we got didnt have ventilation. Floor carpet was torn. Also the number given for the hotel on google doesn’t work. Overall it was a very bad experience and overpriced

Rooms were very old and damp. There was very frequent power cuts on the first night of our stay. Overall service was not very satisfying. Food was good though.

Facility of this hotel is not good as per daily teriff. Room rent of this hotel like 3-4 star category but facility like housekeeping, breakfast is not good. No room view, rooms are congested. Images cannot submitted but it is trues that hotel is not like as per room terrif. I request to you please take care this matter and do needful.

The Place is good and at prime location, everything is on walkable distance. The room was good and spacious. Cleanliness was maintained. The washroom needs a fan, it suffocates while you take shower.

The hotel is at a very good location and it is right on police bazaar barely 1 mins walking distance. The hotel is clean, the staff is super nice and friendly. The hotel is maintained properly and the food and room service is incredible. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay at the heart of the coty close to all the hustle and bustle and restaurants.

I booked the hotel alpine continental in shillong through coupons received by indusind bank, but the moment i input the code for booking the above mentioned hotel, the rate of hotel booking was increased. That was very amberrasing. Otherwise hotel alpine continental in shillong was amazing.
