Nice stay good staff
Finding property is not easy for me. But one can find it easily if he/she is cautious enough. It is near taxi stand and Military Engineering services. Staff is good and responsive. Nice breakfast. I loved staying there great experience.

Decent - for the pricing.
soloFor the price- decent. The basic amenities were all there. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Geyser. Water kettle. Tv. There is lift facility. Taxi is easily available. Helpful service. Negatives- they did not replace the coffee or tea bags or drinking water, till you ask. They did not supply even the tiny soap or toothpaste. The head rest smelled of hair oil, which they could have cleaned. And the fan- too noisy.

familyBudget stay. Staff is patient and response, however inexperienced. Rooms are small and lack some basic amenities such as number of electrical ports. Good for overnight stay preferably alone.

familyThe description of hotel itself is wrong. We were duped by the name itself. Thought laitlum canyon is just a walking distance 100 m away as the name suggests but to our dismay it’s 1 hr away that too via vehicle. Moreover the services are terrible specially the kitchen

The services is excellent but the room that i get is damp and moist. It is not to what i expect when comparing to other guesthouse or homestay which is at the same rate.

Decent stay
Decent stay. We just stayed overnight. Breakfast a loo onion pratha was excellent & served hot. Everyone liked it. Good for overnight comfortable stay after day tour.

The stay was very comfortable
The receptionist was also good and hed a great stay there bathroom was very clean. One of the best stays of shillong

Very courteous staff, clean and good ambience.
The staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean and dry. Very comfortable stay with a good balcony view.

Excellent Stay
The hotel has a beautiful ambience and is situated among-st the serene mountains of shillong. You can enjoy the amazing view from the window panes & balcony. The food is delicious and hotel staff is extremely kind & supportive.
