Comfortable stay and perfect location, the reception was helpful.. overall the stay was comfortable

Rooms are too costly compared to quality. Electric short circuit in Bathroom shower feeling electric shock in room no. 214 and 215 ... Room was changed to 212 but Water was dropping from AC... again room was changed to 107 at 12 mid night. also, problem was in Car Parking. Need to take care in maintainance. Not Happy with the stay. Staying experience was not good. First, Room no. 214 was allotted, but electric shock was felt in shower knob in bathroom. Then, room was changed to 212, again there water was dropping from AC, again room was changed at midnight 12 to 107, which was good. 214 and 212 was not good at all, compared to its cost.

It is not worthy in amount we booked room we booked is executive but doesn’t look like mattress is in bad condition, food not good and due to center point area very disturbing environment till midnight would not recommend

Location wise the hotel is situated in the heart of the city.All services are excellent,except for food which needs to be improved.Overall my experience is good and l will highly recommend it.

The Room in Center point was not sound proof hence noise of loud rooftop music and roadside vehicles made it difficult to sleep. Also it's very old fashioned and there is issue of cockroaches in this rooms. We were then next day shifted to Shillong Address which is newly renovated under the same group.

poor bathroom gadgets, water is constantly leaking from the handpipe no extra sandals for room electrical switch e.g fan regulator not working too small room

horrible experience.rude lady staff at reception counter.water supply in bathroom is very slow .room light is very dim.switches is not working. breakfast is not good as per they have charged.every food items is smelling like they are using old and contaminated raw material. as per my opinion don't book room in hotel center point.reception lady is very rude and behave like that we were stay there free. we pay huge amount to book room for triple occupancy but they give small room and one mattress put on floor.please don't go that hotel.

I could not sleep the entire night as the adjacent room was extremely noisy until 4:30 AM. On top of that, the ceiling fan regulator was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. (room no.306)

Excellent location, superb food, and efficient room service. Connectivity was also top-notch. Only area of improvement was politeness at reception during check out .

No longer the place that used to be a few years earlier. Had a terrible experience this time while staying with family. Live music in the top floor went on till 1:30am on Saturday night, disturbing the sleep of those unfortunate to be lodged in the 4th floor. As if this wasn't enough, drunk outsiders who had come to attend the live music, sang, danced and roamed in the hotel corridors till morning. Felt totally insecure with privacy violated. Advice to all travelling with women and kids- avoid this hotel.

Very Good The stay was excellent. The staff were very good. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was awesome.

Our stay was overall awesome. This is our second visit to this hotel. The Room was very clean. The behaviour of the staff was very polite.

I advise to upgrade the rooms, mattresses & bathroom water tape etc. We are not taking any food, location of property is very easy to find. We don’t use any amenities of the property. Services is not bad.

I visited Shillong with my family. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated at prime location at police bazar. Room was spacious, neat & clean. Service was very prompt. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay. it was very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The stay at Centre point Shillong was great. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. Overall the decor n management is excellent.The staff are well trained and very courteous. The food was pricey but great. Overall I loved my stay here
