Happy with the room and staffs.. although the breakfast left a lot to be desired with the amount we paid for it .

decent enough for short stays
Location was good, property has average aesthetics, food was good, service was good. The room we were given was 301 & 302, pretty small, the smell from the kitchen came directly down to the washroom of 301 and no amount of air exhaust could help it. The bed in the same room creaked so much, need a repair totally. Pillows were huge but hard. Besides, that it was a good stay as it was just one night stay.

Everything was neatly presented. room was tidy, bathroom was having all the toileteries. bath towel were neat, bed sheet are clean

familyLocation is away from central of shillong i. E. Police bazar and there was lots of traffic till there. Rooms were clean and well maintained but small in sizes. Included breakfast was good and there is a rooftop bar. Service was average. Overall good experience.

Hotel at good location, worth staying. All services are good with nice room. Cafe shillong, breads cafe, cathedral church, don bosco museum nearby. Happening hotel with nice food with awesome lounge. Parking too available with no issues

coupleGood clean hotel, ambience ia beautiful you can see city, good professional staff who guide you where to visit and what to buy, most important parking place is available and above all what you require chattar pattar khana chips n all is in the room available, no need to go outside. The hotel is in city you can go bazar walking distance and few points are nearbuy, too. Overall great stay. We enjoyed our trip staying in poinisuk
