A very good property in the heart of the cit
Beautiful property with a very good staff team. The rooms are good and clean. Service also is very good. The location is a bit busy so coming out and going to the hotel could be time consuming. Food is excellent but the breakfast spread could have been a bit better.

The stay was good, experience was amazing, service was also very good, only the problem i faced was the wifi issue but it is understandable in a place like shillong.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were super clean. Staffs were welcoming. The view from the balcony was awesome. The food served in the 4th floor was too good and hygienic.

Poor service and unhygenic
The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the bathroom stinks of Urine. The building and the rooms are classy and nice, but the staffs doesn't even know how to turn off Ac light.

Good Cozy hotel a bit away from central Shillong
Good hotel, comfortable rooms and good food. The staff is really accommodating and takes good care of the needs. Breakfast spread can improve. The rooftop restaurant offers great views.

businessIts an awesome property to stay with freinds or family. Amazing food and Service. If you use scooty, it will take 15-20 min to reach main city point i.e. police bazaar. Highly recommeded.

Average Stay
Hotel is newly built and was getting innaugarated on the day we checkked out. Overall the stay was decent apart from some house keeping issues. let's see if they can mainatin the property in the way it is at present. Will surely recommend to traveling enthusiast on a budget.

family with 2 kidsHotel room was very good. Need to work on service. I repeatedly tried to call for room service in morning but no one received the call. Restaurant food was very good. Overall stay was excellent. Giving 4/5 to improve on service.

Very well maintained and good customer service. Rooms are big and spacious too. Breakfast was good and customised to our taste by the chef. Would help highly recommended this place if anyone visit shillong and looking for a comfortable stay.
