Hotel Nirvana Orchid

It was a good stay. Only thing I disliked is when i asked the restaurant manager to pack the breakfast, he denied initially. I was in a hurry as I had to head to Cherrapunji so I asked the manager to pack few sandwiches for my child which he denied and I had to request to get it packed. My question is why should I request for something which is already added in my package, rest is all good the staff is courteous, clean premises, quick response, good location.

Had a wonderful stay, the rooms and amenities were satisfactory. I would specially like to appreciate the hospitality extended by the staff at the Hotel Nirvana Orchid, starting from our check-in to our check-out. The staff at the reception were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Nirvana Orchid rooms provided on 15th 16th were spacious and and the room given on 17th was smaller. Food was excellent for dinner and mediocre for buffet breakfast. Staff very polite and nice. Certainly good for family.

Room was amazing, with bedroom, living room and huge bathroom with luggage area and small kitchen. Good quality was good and service was fast. Only about breakfast spread, which was not so good, not more options

It's a very well maintained Hotel Nirvana Orchid. The complimentary breakfast is superb. The lunch and dinner food is also great. The staff is well mannered. No complaints. Keep it up.

Loved north indian food here. Overall, a cozy stay. Fortunately caught a live football game right from the room window. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
