When we reached the homestay no one was there and one of their maid was in house but she can talk only khasi there was a communication problem at first and we wait for the owner for 5mins amd when we reach the room we are trying to take bath and its very cold in shillong and the geyser is not working as well we inform the caretaker and told us that we have to wait and we wait and still not working and told the caretaker again and she told me that it used to take time and still there no hot water the geyser in not working during our stay and we hove to ask for shower gel etc as well and there's no drinking water they didnt allow to used kitchen by ourself so whenever we are thirsty we have to search for their maid! there no european toilet spray as well ! and shillong is so cold we wake up we have to wash out face with very very cold water. Didnt take the pic sorry

Nice location homely stay very quite place little bit far from the main road that you need to walk some distance to get taxi however our host mr vivek arranged car for our sightseeing so no problem but to go to the main market area it's difficult to get normal taxi. Our host made awesome breakfast a loo paratha, methi paratha just so good like a pro chef. He has his own restaurant which you can order at reasonable prices and food was good too. One negative feedback is that there was no room cleaning throughout our stays. Very friendly and helpful host. Good experience but next time i would prefer to stay around the centre point main market area.

Mr. Vivek has been a wonderful host. An amazing person with a beautiful homestay in shillong. I really enjoyed my two days stay here. Clean and spacious lobby, rooms and washroom; everything was good.

Homestay was good in cleanliness and spacious. Poor wifi connection. Washroom was not comfortable. I paid for including breakfast even though i paid for the breakfast in the homestay.

The location of the property was so peaceful and calm. The room was so big and neat and tidy. The staff was well behaved. The food was delicious and the place of the property was very easy to reach. Must recommend this property to others.

Good for staying this place for a alone place

The location was good and peaceful. I went with my family. The rooms were good and clean and comfortable but the bed was small. Everything was fine like facilities, cleanliness, and safety.

It's nice. The owner of the house is good

The place is nice but it was a little far from the City. As it was a Homestay so the breakfast was basic. The bed was small for two people. There was a forest view from the room. Rent is high but I would like to recommend this property just because the owner is helpful and he helped us in planning the trip and food was good.

The owner of the home-stay, Mr. Vivek and his entire family is extremely warm. Some of the best people you can possibly stay with. Felt like I had a home in Shillong rather than a home-stay. Amazing place. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. The terrace has an amazing view. 15/10 for the place.

This is a really cute property just 10 minutes away from the main area, the hosts were really warm and welcoming. I would totally recommend this place. things that i loved about this place : 1. Extremely sweet hosts 2. The amazing foods that they served that too in a very presentable manner. 3. The fireplace was just the icing on the cake during the chilly weather outside. 4. The have a really good collection of wines and whiskeys. 5. And two cute little dogs. 6. The rooms were cozy. If i visit Shillong again I would definitely go to this place again.

No hot water available, only one bathroom for two rooms, not worth for value.
No restaurant is available nearby.

The rooms are not good and the sizes of the rooms were not good. Even though the owner was having the animals in the property and the rate was costly of the Home stay. In the washrooms Geyser was not there. But regarding the Hospitality the people were very good.
