The rooms were neat and clean. Food was quite good as well. The size of the rooms may be an issue for some. But we only spent the night there so it wasn't a deal breaker.

Property is new and well maintained. Location is not scenic and rooms are clumsy. Won't be able to enjoy weather and natural beauty as the rooms don't have any openings, even the view out of window is not good. Staff is not cordial. Restaurant is not functional in the morning and items are over priced. Located at a place where finding good food is very difficult.

We stayed at Pine Hill for 2 days and our experience was pretty average. The rooms in this hotel are so small that two people can barely walk or stand together side by side. No toiletries provided and room wasn't smelling good. We wouldn't like to stay here again in case we visit Shillong next time. Seems like they've just put a bed in the room and it's over for them. However, the food at the restaurant was good.

My friend suggested the property, it is in upper shilong. The staff is very nice and cooperative. The food is good. We have a very comfortable stay.

Booked room in the hotel but the booking was made in the homestay owned by the same owner which is a terrible room under the staircase with no windows. No cancellation was available and hence we had to adjust in the room which is not worth 500 rupees.
