LET ME GIVE MY REVIEWS POINT WISE WE STAYED ON 13TH APRIL NITE FOR A DAY 1. LOCATION IS OFF THE MAIN ROAD LITTLE DIFFICULT . AVERAGE LOCATION 2. ROOMS ARE OK BUT LOTS OF MOSQUITOES. CARRY YOUR STUFF 3. WE REACHED PROPERTY AT 6 PM . WE WERE ALL HUNGRY AS WE TRAVELLED FROM CHIRAPUNJI AND ON WAY MISSED LUNCH . WE REACHED AND ORDERED FOOD WHICH WAS TAKEN IMMIDIATELY . 3 YOUNG PEOPLE WERE MANAGING THE RECEPTION. ALL WERE INTO THERE MOBILES . LEAST INTERESTED . AFTER ONE HOUR WE AGAIN ASKED FOR OUR DINER ORDER . TO OUR SURPRISE WE WERE TOLD COOK HAS GONE OUT TO MARKET TO GET MEDICINE . AT 7.30 PM WE AGAIN ASKED FOR OUR FOOD AND WERE TOLD COOK HAS NOT COME BACK AND HE US NOT WELL .. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS . MYSELF AS DIABETIC AND MY MOTHER 78 YEARS OLD WERE REALLY PISSED OFF . I ASKED THE STAFF TO GIVE ME OWNER /MANAGER PHONE NUMBER . THEY DID NOT PROVIDE AND STARTED MAKING EXCUSES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . HOW CAN THEY DO THIS .I MANAGED TO GET PHONE NO OF OWNER FROM WEBSIDE AND CALLED TO REPORT THIS . IS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH FROM DESK STAFF HOTEL STAFF. OWNER DID MANAGE TO MAKE MANAGER CALL ME AND ARRANGE FOOD FROM OUTSIDE . SO I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS HOME STAY . NO TEA BAGS NO MILK NO TEA CUPS IN ROOM AVOID AVOID

soloDuring my solo trip to attend a concert, the housekeeper, Dari, provided exceptional assistance in securing my meals and arranging a taxi to the airport. This service ensured my safety and well-being as a female traveler.

Peaceful and serene
The location of the homestay is very peaceful, calm and serenity. Apart from that the staff are also very friendly. But during our stay the food was okay, but it could have been much more better.

Terrible!
We stayed at this homestay for 2 days. The rooms were clean & comfortable. About the behaviour of the staff, i can't say anything as we hardly interacted. But the services were very very poor. Tea bags were there but no e-kattle. The handwash dispenser was broken. The worst part was the food. The food was stinky and too bad or we may say terrible!

Madam as you never interacted with us or you did not tell us that you did not like the food. How are we suppose to know? Why you did not say so? why you never told us to give you something else or from some other place. More over our place was fully booked the days that you were with us, so we did not have the time to interact with you properly so we apologise for that. But our other Guests who were there the days that you were with us, who also had breakfast, lunch, dinner never complaint. Complaint about the food is only from your side 🤔😔

Terrible Stay
Only accommodation provided. No proper arrangement. Booked two rooms for 5 persons together of a family, but the property provided rooms on different floors without providing any choice or information at the time of booking and when asked for rooms on the same floor, they are asking ₹ 1000/- additional charge for the same. The package includes free breakfast but in breakfast provided only puri bhaji and boiled eggs. They don’t have a kitchen at the property not even salt. Everything is brought from any kitchen or restaurant situated far from the property. Showing pool but that is also in some other property on shared basis. Very poor facility. Situated in interior in a narrow street. Charges are very high according to the facilities actually provided.

Your booking was for family room and standard room but when you reach the property you wanted deluxe room that is why extra charges were taken. Swimming pool is located in the property itself. If you want better information about the properties next time it's better you call and inquiry about the properties. We will definitely improve our kitchen/restaurant facilities.
