All gd bt we didn't get wifi otherwise everything is fine they provide us every thing bt sometimes there's gyser are not working

The location and food is good but the room size is very small compared to the cost and also has no view from the hotel. Dirty smell coming if you open the window. Very costly.

My stay at Ladybird Hotel Shillong was truly delightful. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Shillong, making it very convenient for exploring the city and popular attractions. i don't have any qualms about the room and cleanliness. i ordered cheese sandwich, had neurotoxic food poisoning which affected my nerve functioning. I had to get admitted in hospital within 45 min as symptoms worsened. I didn't get to the stay in the hotel. hospital billed me 14k and all the money for hotel stay was wasted along with it. Location and facilities are good, but not as per the tariff charged. They are charging too much. It’s a 3 star property but they are charging tariff of 4 star property. Otherwise, staff behaviour and cleanliness is good.

Rooms were properly maintained. Service was quick. Food ordered in the room was delicious.

Location is good ,close to police bazar. Food not good.Not too much items for breakfast as hotel charge is too high. No amenities inside room,only TV.Wi-Fi is very slow. Service is ok. Room size is very very small. MMT must remove this hotel from their portal. Room is very very small

Overall stay was okay. The room was comfortable, the shower was broken, but was working fine. Staff was courteous. They had some issue with the AC, which took more than three hours to rectify and we had to do a constant follow-up. Overall it was okay.

The stay at hotel was very comfortable. The rooms was very neat and clean. I had booked a deluxe room and it was very comfortable. The food was also good. Whatever I had ordered it was nicely cooked. The hotel staff was also cooperative. Overall an excellent and comfortable stay.

The rooms were extremely small, bed was micro queen size, couldn't sleep comfortably. The toilet was also very small with no separate wet area, which led to mess all around. Otherwise staff was helpful, courteous, breakfast was also good, no complaints there.

We booked 2 rooms with king size bed, but we received one room with queen bed despite mentioning king size bed on make my trip, they provide us with 1 extra bed for our child but please be true while making listing.

Nice place, good hospitality and food is really outstanding. Location is easily accessible and services are also prompt.

When I arrived, the room wasn’t ready. The rooms are small. The service was very slow. Won’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 1 night where we booked executive room.The room though a little small is very clean and well maintained.The staff are polite and helpful.But the highlight was the excellent dinner.The taste of the soup,chicken satay,mixed fried rice and custard caramel still lingers..it was one of the best dinners that we have had.The breakfast was simple but tasty.I would definitely recommend this place ,can book deluxe room instead of executive if more space requires

The hotel is decent if you look at other options in shillong. The location is close to police bazar, and it's a crowded area. The hotel entry is very unsafe as anyone can come into parking, take the lift and reach hotel rooms. They should keep a staff member or reception before the lift access. Food is good and most of the staff is polite.
