Comfortable stay with all the amenities. Staff were very cooperative. Food was good. The property is just 10 min drive from Police Bazaar and the center point of Laitumkhrah.

Property location is very good, many eateries outside. Rooms are very comfortable and well designed and maintained. Resturant food is good however service needs to be improved and breakfast menu is very poor. Late night loud noise from the disco is very irritating.

Our stay at the hotel was truly amazing and memorable. The property is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more comfortable. The food served was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the dining area was hygienic and well-organized. The hotel also maintained high standards of cleanliness and safety, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Located in Main area; Clean large rooms with all required amenities; Staff is too supportive and good food as well

Rooms were comfortable ,Clean and well maintained. House keeping was superb always at service. Front office was pleasing and helpful. The manager was cordial and he was very helpful in solving our issue which cropped up unexpectedly.

Our stay at Pristine Pavilion, Shillong, was disappointing. The hotel's second-floor location with access only via a lift in a crowded, taxi-filled ground-floor parking lot created a highly inconvenient and unwelcoming first impression, especially for families. While the room was satisfactory, this problematic entry significantly detracted from the experience. Breakfast was subpar, marred by slow, unresponsive service and a lack of menu updates despite previous guest complaints. Furthermore, a leaking bathroom wash basin caused floor puddles, and the checkout process was unnecessarily prolonged. Overall, the hotel fell short of expectations due to significant access and service issues.
