Had an amazing stay at the hotel with convenient excess would definitely visit again next time & will suggest others too

The location is very good , can find communication easily to everywhere near the hotel. rooms are small other facilities are ok. bathrooms are clean and maintained well. parking is available but very conjusted and only 3 to 4 car parking space available.

It was good experience.Clean rooms, polite and cooperative staff. However better to have more breakfast options for long stay days.

property location wise good, for tv needed to tell them 4-5 times to do the recharge , staff was responding in good manners, but the dinner was very very bad, better have dinner outside, morning breakfast was okay.

Food was good. But room condition needs to improve. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

No running hot water. Asked for extra charges when i asked for a room heater. Breakfast was terrible. Oily and no healthy breakfast. Omelette was burnt.

Very smelly room. Breakfast area is not prepared. Dew drop in sitting and eating area. Small room.

Exceptional Staff. From housekeeping to restaurant. Great location 👌 Overall a good experience & definitely recommended.

This are all the issues we faced there

It's near to very congested area and very difficult to reach by car except early morning or late night. You will be stuck in traffic for minimum hour. Besides staff not cooperative and hygiene not maintained actually you will not find staff in morning hours. Clearly too much overpriced

Check in was a breeze, the lady at reception during during check in process took our request for some lunch and followed up with the restaurant for quick hot food to be prepared and sent to my room asap. The room service is a bit slow needs a bit of a push up. Our request fora car to travel was taken and promptly arranged by the reception. The housekeeping team cleaned the room very efficiently breakfast was ok, had dinner on all the days of my stay and the quantity was huge and satisfying. Check out was also very efficiently handled. The is no storage to hang our clothes or locker facility which needs to be attended

All staff were very excellent in their work and very professional and well mannered. Rooms clean, all amenities available with parking. Just the buffet breakfast needs little improvement.

The experience was good and this is a decent hotel to stay near shillong police bazar where the staff were so humble to the guests.

Food quality is very poor. Maximum items of menu are not available. No generator service proved-ed in night after 12 am.

Rooms are ok. Wifi is very poor. No proper electricity back up. Bathroom fixtures are not well maintained

When power cut, no back up for a longer time. Power cut is from night 12 to 5am morning. Not a single fan was working. Had sleepless nights. Kids suffered alot most horrible experience. Hotel not recommended. Mmt should take actions against it.

Only food was good and they should increase the staff
