I love the place, it was so beautiful and comfortable and the staff was so sweet. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I booked a room based on specific photos and descriptions, paying a higher rate than others. However, upon arrival, I was given a different room. It appears that the group accompanying me may have negotiated a change with one of the staff members, but I was never informed. With no network to contact support and being directed to speak with that staff member—who was unavailable—I was left with a room that did not match my booking. Given the inconvenience caused, I request a refund for the price difference and compensation for the miscommunication.
