it is the worst hotel I have ever seen. No room service at all. I have requested to provide me a fan in My room, they assured but till check out no fan is not supplied. I requested two glasses but they supply only one glass made of plastic. The room is very small also the cot we cannot move in the room freely not we sleep in bed the whole night for a small cot. Above all they provide us used toiletries. So I requested not to book this hotel to stay.

The room lacked telephone and requires daily cleaning services for people staying more than a day.

Staffs and service boy are very rude. They are not cooperative. I booked a room for 3 persons. They provided us a 2 persons room instead of 3 persons room.

Nice location, clean room , descent environment, clean building, owner was very helpful. Special thanks to owner to let us stay with our pet dog.

Everything was fine, the staff in particular was very polite and understanding. The hotel was excellent in all aspects except that there was no water in the shower and washbasin that caused problems and even the bedsheets were not properly cleaned.

Stay is very comfortable, service is very bad, deluxe room services is very very poor.

The size of the bed was pretty small as compared to the average double bed. The hot water supply was also erratic. Rest all was fine.

It was a very bad experience, service was terrible. Some rooms are too small even single person will face trouble to move.

The rooms are very small, there are only 3 staff members so service is very slow and bad. The reception is useless and never available to answer the call

Hotel was good and provided amenities was also good. But main market was around 3. 5km from this hotel and any taxi will charge 200rs. To go to market also there was insufficient staff to provide breakfast in morning though my breakfast was included in hotel charges but could not get it by 8:30am as i had to leave for dawki.

It's really good experience staying at the guest house. Mr anil sharma ( care taker) is a very nice person and takes care of the guest very well. I reached shillong very 3 in the morning and sharma was awake till that time to make my stay smooth.
