SAY Imperial Villa

Though a bit of circuit for a solo person on an official tour, it is perfect for a family getaway or for a couple nights stay with friends. It is very new and hence some furniture still got the plastics intact. Food is yumm and reasonably priced. The only problem for late sleepers is that last dinner order is at 9 pm, whereas in PB or laitumkhrah it's 10 pm. It has a huge parking, a big big plus. They have different style of apartments, one queen size, one queen size and one single, two queen size, few apartments with optional kitchen facilities being readied. The view is fantastic. Wifi was an issue though as it's pretty new. And in room 302 I found the water speed to be very very slow. So a mixed experience overall. But the price I got was soooo low for a 1 bhk apartment.

Our stay at Say Imperial Villa with my family was absolutely wonderful! The property is clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable — perfect for families. The staff deserves special appreciation — they were warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with great quality. We especially loved how attentive the hostess was to our small requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the place is very nice and views are also great but greatest thing in the SAY Imperial Villa is behaviour of SAY Imperial Villa members and manger as well as , the room service provided by the SAY Imperial Villa is very convenient and the clean environment, so overall SAY Imperial Villa is best SAY Imperial Villa I have visited in shilong

The villa was beautiful and peaceful—exactly what we hoped for. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bathroom was especially clean. The staff were warm and helpful, and the place looked even better than the pictures. Though the location was a bit tricky to find, the calm and relaxing vibe made it totally worth it .

I had an amazing experience. The room was spacious with a beautiful hill view and located in a scenic area. The staff was courteous and the food was excellent, especially the North Indian dishes. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay

Say Imperial villa is nicely located . The staffs very well behaved and courteous. Even the owner is a fantastic person. Rooms were excellent very neat and clean. Over all it was one of the best experiences of staying. EXCELLENT KEEP IT UP👌👌👌👌

Property's food was tasty Location was very calm & quite with nice surrounding. Facilities also excellent. Only one thing that mobile network is not so good.

Fabulous villa the rooms were very big love the Hotel and specially the view was awesome . Manager was very helpful and patiently treated us with more amenities. Recommended everyone to go to Imperial Villa if going to Shilong.

Lovely Hotel and delicious excellent food

Had a great stay at this place . The property is well maintained, near and tidy, with beautiful surroundings and a calm environment. The SAY Imperial Villa staff and the owner are really good. Overall a very comfortable and homely stay I must say.

It was overall a pleasant experience. Location is little far from the main city but very quiet. WiFi is available but there is network issue. Food is good. Staff are cooperative, but due to less number of staff had to carry luggage sometime.

It was a lovely stay, the property was new, very clean and well maintained. The staff are well mannered and very friendly. There is a restaurant in the property where you can get great quality food for a reasonable amount.

They have the best view of Shillong city. Don’t forgot to get to the terrace at night. City light looks insane

Located at serene area away from hustle and bustle of city. The food was good and the amenities provided were good too. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming too. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to stay and explore shillong.
