The caretaker was very good. Doesn't know how to behave with girls. Should have some basic decency. Rest rooms were good. No proper drinking water facility

No discipline. The hotel management allowed other occupants to party whole night. Causing disturbance to us. We couldn't sleep bcoz of the noise till 5 am morning. No pantry available. We has booking for two days but considering this type of conditions in the property decided to checkout early.

Overall experience was good. The care takers were very responsive with all things. One thing that stands out is that, the manager (russell’s) kind and helpfulness was everything that made our stay feel very comfortable and worth it.

familyRoom is not a room at all. It is like a box with less than 10 feet width and kength. Roof height is very low. We didn't stay in the hotel and booked other room on own on first day and booked another room on second day by makemytrip

However, it is necessary to consider that you had made your booking for one Classic room which is one of the more budget oriented rooms we provide at the price you paid for it . If you wanted a larger room with a more space , we would advice you to go with the Deluxe Room instead.

No one even came up to ask for anything. Even a bottle of water was not requested. It was more of a like, come, pay, stay and no one even cares. I did not even see a manager. There was a guy in the waiting lounge who hardly cares who you were with ie. Like family and what you would need in the room. I just stayed there for 4 hours and left the room and went to my in-laws place just because of the lack of hospitality. I insist no one unless they start improving on how to interact with travellers and customers. Thank you
