Banalari Pine Inn

First of all, I booked a room stating that we are 4 pax , 2 adults and 2 children, 1 of 7 years and 2nd of 11 years old. The rooms were of such a small size that there would no space for extra bed if I open my language in the room. I had to check out and go and book a room in some other hotel.

The location is very good and is just near the main road, amenities and services as expected..

We stayed at banalari pine guest house for 2 days with our family, including our 1.5-year-old daughter. The rooms smelled very bad, and the staff was not friendly. When we asked for milk or fruits for our daughter, they said no without any reason. The food options were also very limited. Each person could only have one boiled egg. We were not happy with this. The dining experience was equally underwhelming. The menu was restrictive, with bizarre rules like one boiled egg per person. It seemed more like a punishment than a dining experience. Because of this, I don't think binalari pine inn is a good place for families. The rooms were not clean, and the staff didn't care about our needs.

Very small room, bedding not very clean initially, but got extra covers when asked, breakfast was channa puri everyday, and only 3 rooms have balconies so low chance of getting these rooms. Location is good, staff is friendly and helpful.

Property location is in the paus area of Shillong but as nearby property school area area is there so there is a problem in traffic jam during school time. Staff of this hotel are nice, house keeping is also good and reception people are very cordial, overall nice stay in this hotel with my family and a lot of thanks to make my trip for searching this hotel.

The services and stay at the banalari pine inn were excellent. We stayed for 2 days in peak tourist season, and the staff was helpful and the rooms had all the described amenities. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay at the hotel if i were to visit shillong again. The hotel gate does close around 10:30-11 pm at night but they opened it for once they heard the bell. The hotel food was also pretty good.

Had a great experience 😄.. Everyone is very helpful and friendly . There's a balcony to the room and also a parking lot is available. Rooms are clean and provided with all basic needs

Do not book this hotel . The staff is so rude , specially the manager. & we booked 2 plus1 , room size is small and extra bedding for children.

Room are Small. Reception talks rudely. Misinformation about breakfast pricing. Basic things like water are also overcharged.

The stay was good. The room was clean and we found the location easily. The only issue we faced was with the bathroom door. It was a sliding door but lock of the door wasn’t working properly. Other than that, the stay was good and budget friendly as well.

Good and comfortable stay. All the basic amenities were present. The room was clean and tidy. I ordered matar paneer and chicken drumsticks which was tasty. The only negative is they do not accept cash in the counter.
