We stayed at banalari pine guest house for 2 days with our family, including our 1.5-year-old daughter. The rooms smelled very bad, and the staff was not friendly. When we asked for milk or fruits for our daughter, they said no without any reason.
The food options were also very limited. Each person could only have one boiled egg. We were not happy with this.
The dining experience was equally underwhelming. The menu was restrictive, with bizarre rules like one boiled egg per person. It seemed more like a punishment than a dining experience.
Because of this, I don't think binalari pine inn is a good place for families. The rooms were not clean, and the staff didn't care about our needs.
