Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is not very far from the city center, although it is situated in a calm neighbourhood. People are friendly, one phone call away, and the place has a homely charm. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I really liked my short stay here, which I plan to make longer next time.

Such a wonderful stay i had. The service was soo good. The staff were so polite, honestly one of the most polite people i've ever seen in recent times. The room was so cozy. The comforters and blankets were super nice, kept warm in the chilly shillong winters. The staff were available on call every time for room service. The geyser, tv and electric kettle were working fine. The room was spacious, and super good. The breakfast was served hot, in your bedrooms which was amazing thing. I highly recommend this hotel, for some of the reasons, i. E. Amazing service, it's located near the market area, you'll get a parking space etc.

The owner was abusive just because we checked in late and asked us to leave the premises. It was totally not acceptable

It was a beautiful experience with my recent tour.

B and B are situated just nearby police bazaar in residential areas. Cool environment but a little costly. Breakfast is average. Dinner and launch are supplied from nearby restaurants. Neat and clean floor and bathroom with unlimited usage of the geyser.

Positive: Location. Negative: Lots of restriction and you will feel that you are admitted in hostel/ boarding schools. Be ready to pay a hefty fine if any small things goes wrong inside the hotel. Room heater of the hotel which is chargeable per night is pathetic.

Hotel location is good, but hotel overall rating is below average. For room heater they will charge per night but room heater will not heat up the room, if you keep the room heater in a table inside the room for getting some heat in the bed than be ready to give them fine or may be more. Hotel is loaded with restrictions you will feel that you have been admitted in a boarding/hostel.
