Good Hotel but Room is very small. Location is good. food is average. over all good Hotel. shilong

Stay was very good, good room service & good food in Bar & Restaurant.

The Hotel room is spacious, clean. Towels not available in room. Smart TV working good. Food availability is limited , all items of the menu is not available. Breakfast Buffett has limited options.

The experience of the stay at hotel saiom was pathetic we did not get any good service everytime i had to ask for the basic things at the room there was no water supply for hours n no hot water because the geyser was not working the air conditioner was not working properly as well n many more overall we are not at all satisfied with the service n hotel n it's very bad of both hotel n management

Our stay was very comfortable. Staff behaviour was decent. Bedroom and bathroom both were clean and hygienic. The view from the window in night is quite pleasant.

Excellent experience being the first customers. The breakfast is great. The staff n manager are very humble and cooperative. Altogether, a paisa vasool deal!
