After paying for breakfast in advance, it was very poor quality. I feel like trapped due to pure veg status. Food was bad. There is no buffet for breakfast. Better to not book for breakfast.

We face significant challenges with the hotel's location: 1. Remote location: far from main areas, making access difficult. 2. Poor road conditions: approach road to the hotel is in disrepair, deterring drivers. 3. Inadequate security: hotel lacks sufficient security measures, causing concern for safety. Staying at this hotel poses risks due to: - distant location - bad road conditions - insufficient security these issues pose significant risks. I recommend alternative arrangements or urgent improvements.

We stayed at this resort for one day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The behaviour of the staff was good. The food was also good. This place was family & kids friendly. The only issue with this resort is the distance from the main city i. E. Shillong. Overall my experience at this resort was great.

Hotel stuff are excellent. Good hospitality and food is also good. But the ac of the room was not working and above all there are lots of flies in the room which annoyed us too much and feels the room dirty

Good property with limited amenities

familyThe place itself is very serene and picturesque however it is deep inside and away from the main road. Once inside, it is difficult to move out without a vehicle at your disposal. The staff is courteous and friendly but available only on phone beyond normal hours. The rooms have limited amenities and place is more like an upgraded home stay.

Only the outside garden and orchid were cool. Rooms were pathetic with low wifi or sometimes no wifi at all. Room cleanliness was not up to the mark, food too was just average. Worst stay in entire meghalaya. Only the limited staff of 2 were very cooperative and hardworking. I don't understand how people can give a 4 + rating to this property.

familyMy family and i loved the resort. The staff were curt and the stay was pleasant. The food menu may be short and but the food is tasty! the gardens were the best part and we spent a lot of time sitting in the garden watching the plants.
