Pillo cover and bed sheet were very old. The stand fan was noice full. No bathing soap was there in the bathroom. Apart from these all was good. Caretaker was helpful. Place was peaceful and silent. Also safe for staying with family/couple

I came here with my mummy for my exam for a single day. it was quite good and peaceful. The location is so safe n loving. The only problem an outsider might face is language communication. The room had unclean bedsheets and an old mattress, leading to a negative experience. Additionally, the kitchen and utensils were very unhygienic.

Nice Stay . Location is near to a small market, where u get all necessary items, and cook.. bathroom were clean, so we're the rooms .. Caretaker was nice, very well behaved.. If r u looking for a kitchen with 2-3 double bed in Shillong . It's the place to book at this budget. Overall experience was Really Good .

the stay was comfortable. host and caretaker were always attentive to my needs. they were not intusive and were very helpful. it was very cold so they gave extra comforter. it was all very pleasant. 😊😊

Property location near police bazar. Hotel amenities are available like the kitchen, living room but they demand extra charges for use of the amenities. Service was not satisfied they didn't care about the guest needs and also provided very poor quality clothes.

The extra mattress completely arrested the movements inside the room. The bathroom was spacious though and the breakfast was nice. We didn't have any complaints about the service.

Hi Sir as you have noted that our rooms are meant only for Two people so it's obvious that if an extra mattress is asked it would cramp up the room. Hoping that you check in the room capacity before booking and ensure that your arrive with the right number of people that you have booked for thanks

As the room was booked for shared kitchen but the main utensil that’s the pressure cooker was not functioning well. Both of them are not efficient. Other than that ever was all right

Hi sir . complimentary breakfast starts at 8 am and if you would have informed us beforehand that you required an. early breakfast we would have provided it to you like most of our guest do. Apart from this we maintain a timing for breakfast which is till 10 am if you come after that timing how are we supposed to provide you the food apart from that there was no information on late breakfast or early breakfast from your end. Our check out time is 11 am and if I am not mistaken you check out at 12:30 PM how is that being asked to leave early. None of our rooms are leaking its just that you had arrived in Shillong when we were going though very bad weather for so many days hence the room felt damp

It was a good experience and we stayed for a night there. We didn't check about food and all. Internet speed is very good and property is located in shillong town. We can easily access center point.

It was showing wrong property location on the apple map. But thats to the property caretaker who guided us properly to reach to the location. And one more point i would like to mention related to bookings. I booked for 7 persons and as per my booking details i would get 2 rooms with twin sharing bed and 1 room with double bed. But i got all three rooms with double bed only. We all were tired and decided not to debate this time. So we somehow managed the night as we had to go to the cherapunjee next morning.

Sir the dimensions of the room are already given in the website. you could have checked it. incase you wanted a bigger room you should have informed us incase of availability we would have definitely given u a bigger pertaining that you are willing to play the extra cost of the bigger room. now if you want a budgeted room you cant be expecting to pay a petty price and get a massive room.
