Worst stay Owner is having too much attitude and don't coordinate at all. Food is homely but rest things are not good

Hotel Tree Tops Residency, Shillong, is located in a very picturesque side of Shillong with pine trees all around. The rooms are very big in size and the washroom is spotless. Service is decent. The only area of improvement could be the complimentary breakfast where the spread and quality needs to be better.

Property staying is too good but food quality need to improve. Location is good.

Bad location, rude staff.

This property is out from the Shillong town, Nice location in the lap of the nature, surrounded by oak trees. Rooms are big and neat and clean. They maintain hygiene. Complimentary breakfast needs to improve in taste and variety. However they will prepare good food when you ordered.

They were not friendly in nature they lied that restaurant will be closed early but it was operational late and also they lied about service we wanted to order something they said it is not available but we saw it being served to other customer

Worst experience ever. We booked a hotel based on reviews (not trustworthy) and when we reached hotel no one was there to open the gate or even speak. We called, shoutted, neighbours came out but none from the property (tree tops. Obviously mm t support was "sorry" while we waited outside the hotel for 2 hours in the night.

The hotel is located in a quiet place away from the bustling crowded city. The entrance to the hotel is steep for cars though it's accessible. However you might have to climb walking up. Senior citizens might find it very challenging. The rooms are big, clean and great. You get hot water and heaters in the room. Food is good too. The host mr ram is a fine gentleman and a great host. However the narration on mm t that the hotel is 1. 8 kms from laitlum canyon is false. It's actually 24 kms away.

The stay was awesome at treetops residency, the room was very spacious and the view from the window was quite breathtaking. Also the room had a dining table that made it more convenient.

It was a pleasant experience in staying here for 4 night. Food was good, all the staff was very friendly and supportive.

The staff is humble, rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also good, would recommend this to people for sure.

We plan a trip to shillong, so, find a good hotel through make my trip. The service in hotel is well and good. Food items are testy.

The hotel didn’t have any power back, lacked lift making it cumbersome to climb 3 floors daily and finally no one was present in morning to facilitate check out

Food is not good. Wi-fi doesn’t work properly. Air-tel & jio network is very poor probably becoz of location. Another issue is hotel is located at a considerable height from ground level with a steep uproad to hotel entry. Taxis will drop u at the base, so u have to take the stairs. So won’t suggest for elderly people & ppl with health issues. Only good point is the behaviour of the staffs.

excellent room, great service, food tailormade according to my preferences. what more can you ask for?

Pros: spacious rooms with separate dinning area provided good heater in the room as compared to substandard heaters in other hotels i observed during winter. Cons : breakfast arrangements is just average. Not much options and no one there to help in preparing toast etc
