Horrible and terrible experience, don't want to remember even in the nightmares too, no water to drink, no hospitality, no warm reception, etc

Not worth the money it charges to the customer. Third grade rooms. No chair in room. No complementary water bottles, no tea coffee. "zero" rating from my end.

Very bad experience in hotel stay. No room service no wifi very poor room in the back side. I paid 14000 for no ac room on the other hand they took only 12k for two days in ac room

Frequent power cuts. Mosquitoes at night. Dirty linen and service. Broken washrooms. Mine did not even have a door that locked. No lifts and no room service. Not worth at all. Dint take pictures.

Stay was good, gave early check in, but no lift, climbed 2 floors every time we came downstairs. Swimming pool good, restaurant good.

The location is good and in the restaurant we had only breakfast which was good and Mr. Dharmendra & Mr. Balwant Singh in the restaurant were very cordial, helpful and polite. The front desk staff in the resort are not at all polite and friendly which is the basic necessity of a service industry. They do not have basic things like a first aid box.

No well maintained pool and ambience and staying too. In the pool lots of bugs and frogs are there and restroom shower are not working

We booked suite and it was large and spacious. Desk clerk jyoti was very helpful. We did not eat at the hotel due to previous reviews. Swimming pool was great and clean. We carried a mosquito racket and they provided repellent “mortein”

It was very worst stay i have experienced in my whole travel-ling life, and i wont recommend this resort to anyone

Overall, i had a great experience with the river side regency resort; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate new year.

The room was smelling, ants were moving on the bed sheets, the bed sheet was too dirty.... overall bed experience

Not worth the money. The hotel is not maintained property. The hot water was not working. They gave the 3rd floor room, mentioned to hotel we have a senior citizens in-spite of informing the hotel management they never changed our room even with the room availability. No room service after 10pm so we carried the entire bags for 3 floors. Very rude management

TV was not working. They didn't recharge the device even after complaining many times staffs ignore you and they don't care the guests request.In my 2 nights stay they didn't even clean room or removed garbage from dustbin.Gave me duplicate key and charged 600 extra for key since it got broken when I opening the door.Staffs give number as manager. Who is so arrogant and waste person to talk.

Overall hotel was good with swimming pool and cafe and price was ok, the only thing they don't have was intercom in the room

Though we paid 2. 5k per day also there was no tv working and even after informing them they didn’t sort it out for two complete days as well there wasn’t any cleaning done once also

It's a nice stay with walkover distance to baga beach and a marvelous river side property. Excelkent stay. And most probably i visit goa with my family again and i book same property.

It was expensive without any facilities
